eveはワールド1つなんで、用語を日本語化したら話が通じなくなります。ゲームソフトの操作が英語である事など些細な問題。
と言うわけで過去に日本語化は失敗に終わってます。
そもそも複雑なゲームなんで、ネットの日本語の情報見てつまづくなら無理だと思う。
インゲームで日本人捕まえれば、ほぼ日本語だけでもやって行けるけど。

EVEonlineはいろんな外部ツールが揃っていますが、スマホアプリは多くなく、これは出来も良いのでとても助かっています。
steam版だと使えないというレビューがあったのですが、使えますよ。
