I used this sim for twice before at Taiwan and Myanmar. Worked perfectly! But I lost it during pandemic. The Japanese retailer is shut down now so I asked to Flexiroam Hong Kong. Right after I send a mail, I got a response! Super quickly! The support explained me everything thoroughly and my issue was solved right away. I really appreciated. Thank you so much Jess! Now I got an eSim which is linked to my Account and it’s even easier to use. It is a bit expensive but if you use a coupon, the price will be reasonable. I can’t travel without it!
2023 Nov. This time I couldn’t roll over my old data but Jess solved the issue right away like always! Just fantastic!!!
2023 Nov. Again I had an issue to remove my eSIM from my iPhone 14 Pro then to install in iPhone 15 Pro Max. I asked a help to Jess as usual and this time it was pretty complicated but in the end it was all set with her patience and sincerity. I do appreciate this great support!
以前台湾とミャンマーで使用しましたが、簡単に繋がりとても良い使い勝手でした。コロナの間にSIMを無くしてしまい、もう一度購入したかったのですが、日本の販売店は無くなっていて、仕方なく香港の本社に（英語で）メールしました。驚く程一瞬で返事が来て、丁寧に色々説明してくれて問題は解決。これからはeSIMになってより簡単に使えるようです。他の方のレビューでAPNを「globaldata」にしないといけないとのことで、気をつけて使ってみようと思います。データプランは結構お高いですが、しょっちゅうセールをしていて、そのクーポンを使うと70％オフになったりするのでお得です。私の海外旅行にはMust Itemです！
2023 11月 新しいプランを購入しましたが、残ってたデータがロールオーバーされず途方に暮れました。早速サポートにメールしたところすぐに解決！本当に使えるe SIMでお勧めです！
2023 11月 iPhoneの機種変更に伴い旧機からeSIMを新しい方に移行するのが上手くいかず手こずりましたが、Jessの辛抱強いサポートのおかげで無事インストール出来ました。いつも本当に感謝です！

仕事で色々な国を飛び回るため、このアプリを使ってもう5年ぐらいになりますが、大変満足しています。時々、現地で接続できない時もありますが、そんな時はサポートに連絡すれば直ぐに解決してくれます。サポートの感動するほど迅速な対応に感謝です。サポートはメールだと反応がやや遅い様なので、WhatsAppでの連絡をお勧めします。殆どの国に対応していますが、唯一モルディブに対応していないのが残念。是非モルディブも対応して欲しいです。eSIMでSIMカードの差し替えも不要。必要な分だけデータを購入すれば良いので料金もリーズナブルだし、家族や友人とデータをシェアする事も可能。複数ヶ国に行かれる方には最強のアプリだと思います。

iPhoneのロック解除済みの物で使っています。海外に行く際のSIMカードを到着の空港で購入していたのですが、販売のブースが開いてない時間や混雑している時など、不満を抱えていました。此方は国内で使用中のSIMに貼るだけで良く、現地に着き簡単に切り替えするだけで、普通にストレス無く使用出来ました。しかもWi-Fiの機器等をレンタルしたりするよりも圧倒的に値段が安いです。普通の通話は出来ないので、その際は現地SIMと共用する必要はあると思います。

今年の夏頃に購入し、2回使用後、年末旅行にとデータをチャージしようかと思っていたら、何故かスターターセットを買うよう促された。サポートセンターとチャットでやりとりし、ログインのアドレスがおかしかったみたいで、うまくデータプランを再チャージできました！
何回も使えるシムカードで、サポートがいいのはとても好感がもてます◎ウズベキスタンでも韓国でもイタリアでも日本でも使えます！おすすめ！

iPad Air2でSIMカードを入れて利用 ハワイで1週間、台湾で4日設定も旅行前に確認できて便利でした。iPhone MSMaxではeSIMを導入 別のアカウントを作ることを知らずにiPadのアカウントでeSIM導入パックを購入してしまい、サポートに聞いてiPadからiPhoneへFlexiroamX アプリを利用して移すことが出来ました 後は快適に現地の通信に繋ぐことが出来ました

I used it for the first time. I bought a local plan, set up an APN, and left for Mexico. However, since I could not connect to the Internet, I contacted support. As a result, the trip was over without an internet connection. But the support was quick and helpful. It is a cheap and convenient service, so I expect it to be available next time.

I tried to use it for the first time in several years, but I could not share it. When I contacted them, they responded quickly and resolved the issue immediately.

It has been used successfully in Southeast Asia and America in the past. I plan to use it in Spain for the first time this time, but I hope it can be used without problems.

It is my first time to use e-SIM and the guide line was easy to understand and set up however it sometimes takes time to connect to the internet.
When I had a trouble connecting, they have assistance in Whats app and it responds really quick so I manage to fix the trouble within 10minutes. Thank you so much!

I couldn’t connect because of my settings and I asked to the support by mail.

They gave me the very quick response and let me know how can I solve the problem so kindly.

This is the second time to use Flexiroam for my travel and the internet connection is so fast and comfortable:)

Just before the trip, I noticed that I couldn't switch eSIM.I was worried because I could only inquire by email. However, the staff was very friendly, quick to reply, and above all, very patient. Thanks to them the problem seems to be solved and you can have a good trip.

でもLINEでのサポートがあることを知り、利用したら、接続できるまで丁寧にサポートしてくれました。

I have been using so many times but still I face the connection issues after purchasing the new eSIMs. However the support is very prompt and helpful and usually solved within 30 minutes. I will use again for sure.

I have FlexiroamX on my iPhone. I encountered a problem with connecting to network, and sent a message to the support team. I received a reply within 5 min, and the problem was fixed. Great to have a good support.

Initially I could not connect the service, but support center soon supported me, then I can now service with good price/

Connecting the local service can be difficult sometimes but customer support via WhatsApp always solves the problem.

Promo codes do not come despite "Promotional Notifications" in the Settings being ON.
