Great app for m...

Great app for meditating I have used for about 2 months now. I have started to realize more about habits I have and how emotions are affecting me. As a result, I am starting to put things in a clearer perspective. I sometimes feel antsy through the meditations, but there has been a couple of times where I felt a huge relief. I think this is all part of the process though. I appreciate the wide variaty of meditations. Thanks for this!
