I really want to thank the team behind the creation of this amazing app. It's truly wonderful and helped me so so much. I have a hard time building habits but this app has helped me meditate pretty consistently with their great meditations (and the badges and the reminders systems really help to keep me on track too!) The emotion check-in before the meditation has helped me in identifying how I'm feeling as well, and the catered meditation for the emotions are great too.
