No 日本. I'm from The Netherlands, so I'll review it from my eyes. You get a debit-mastercard, and a maestro where applicable. The free Mastercard is the onl reason I got this bank. My regular bank doesn't offer debit-mastercards, so I'd have to get a creditcard for global online purchases. Now I use this bank as a way to separate my pleasure money, so I can't overspend. It's been really useful and my experience has been great so far. I could switch to this, if they'd offer iDeal payment options.
