Android9で使えます。少しあれこれしたら使えたので参考になれば。 1)スマホの機内モードをonにする。 2)モバイルデーターをoffにする。 3)カメラとwifi接続。 4)アプリの立ち上げ。 5)カメラとの接続(認識) 6)無事、接続・操作できます。初めはwifiも認識しないので、カメラ内の設定を2.4Gにしwifi接続したものの固体認識がだめでした。

権限を不安がってる人がいますが、端末IDと通話情報は電話がかかってきたことを認識する為に必要なだけだと思われますよ。再生中に電話がかかってきてもこの権限がないなら止まりません。
