The idea behind the app is to very meticulously take the user from zero knowledge to a level where grammar and basic vocabulary become automatic (you are strongly encouraged to not just listen, but try to translate yourself, and then test if you were correct)
Every rule that is taught is always taught by examples. New words are translated the first three times they appear in sentences. Words are used according to their frequency in the spoken language and usually there is not more than one new word per sentence. The full app will cover over 2.000 words, the bulk of the words used in the spoken language. All the sentences are pronounced, both in English and French, amounting to over 7 hours of audio.
