AntiPsychotic Dose Converter [Android]

This app is a way to convert between antipsychotics (both typicals and atypicals) using current chlorpromazine equivalencies in the literature. The app is able to convert between the following antipsychotics:

Asenapine (Saphris)
Chlorpromazine (Thorazine)
Clozapine (Clozaril)
Fluphenazine (Prolixin)
Haloperidol (Haldol)
Iloperidone (Fanapt)

Default is set to convert between one antipsychotic to the other. However, an option exists to enter one antipsychotic dose and generate a list with the conversion to all listed antipsychotics.
