In this example you can see how you can setup a basic AutoVoice command chain:
- You start by reacting to the command "hi", and set it as the "Greeting" command, and respond with a "Are you doing OK?" voice output
- You then setup 2 conditions that, depending if you say "Yes" or "No" give out different voice outputs.

One advantage that AutoVoice's system has over Get Voice is the ability to "chain together" commands. What this basically means is that you can restrict profiles to only being able to run after other profiles. This is useful in situations where you might want to use trigger words that are very common, and could potentially trigger randomly without this ability. For instance, "yes" and "no" are very common responses, and would likely be used for multiple purposes. By making the profiles dependent on the previous, you could decide which yes/no profiles are able to run after a specific question.

How to use command chaining in AutoVoice
- On the first profile of the chain, define a Command Id ("first", for example)
- On the command you want to be next define the previous command id ("first" in this example). You can now chain 2 commands together. If you want a longer chain, just define the command id again ("second" for example)
- If you want a bigger chain, just keep defining command ids and last command ids accordingly, just make sure the 1st command in the chain has only the "command id" defined, and the last has only the "last command id" defined
- You can use the "Set command id" action, to start from any part of the chain if you want, or reset your "progress" on the chain.
