If you like good coffee but find it hard to get right or would like to take the guesswork out of when to stop steeping or how fine to grind your coffee, then Mister Barista can step in.

In-depth steps and information guide you through making the perfect coffee. Aeropress, V60, Chemex, Moka Pot and French Press are included.

How Mister Barista works:

Choose a brewing method like Aeropress, then read through the various recipes and pick one you like the sound of. View the details screen to see grind size, water temp and amount of coffee to use.

On the recipe screen tap go as soon your kettle has finished boiling and follow the instructions as they appear. The advanced timer will count down each stage, even dynamically calculating the time to let your kettle cool before pouring the water onto your grinds. It will then guide you on when to stir, and many other steps required for repeatedly excellent coffee.

Using Mr Barista you can avoid sour or burnt/bitter coffee and if you find a recipe you love, just hit the 'last coffee' button to get brewing straight away next time.

Various recipes are included from all around the world including the standard Aeropress method as detailed by Aerobie and even award winning recipes from the Aeropress championships so you can recreate the best coffee possible quickly and without wasting bags of your own beans whilst trying to get everything right.

V60 recipes are a bit on the light side at the moment, I'm developing this mostly with Aeropress in mind for the time being until functionality and features are more robust. Currently there is one for the V60-02. No V60-03 recipes yet so please bear this in mind when purchasing.
