THE STORY STARTED FROM THE CORE. [COMPONENTS & LAYOUT]

Hypontech integrates the latest technology of core processors in our inverters: the 3rd Generation DSP (Digital Signal Processor) made by Texas Instrument. With all protective logic and software is handled by the DSP at 800MIPs, Hypontech Inverters could adapt to sudden changes in the grid at a superior speed.

The electronic component manufacturers Hypontech selected are globally renowned brands that have been tested and approved over decades in solar industry. When the quality brands are put together inside Hypontech Inverters, they join forces to grant the inverter of high-performance topping and reliability.

When it comes down to the design of PCBA, Hypontech's patterned layout design demonstrated its advantages over the others - minimizing the number of boards and area of overlap to give a much professional and clean-looking design, but more importantly, a better distribution of heat sources and lower risk of issues like EMC. Hypontech has also given the components with Conformal Coating from Peters, a professional electronic coating company in Germany, assuring the longevity of these components against corrosion and humidity.

NOW, LET'S PUT THEM TOGETHER. [OVERALL FEATURES AND PROS]

Hypontech Inverters are made with highly integrated, full aluminum die casting cases - almost everything on the outside, including the unibody of housing, heatsink and choke boxes, and the cover itself, with "the World's best coating company", Akzonobel. The features that industrial level of die casting is overwhelming: Hypontech inverters have an optimal cooling solution, with a maximized effective area of heat dissipation, external choke box design, and ergonometric features for installation.

Here are some laboratory facts: Hypontech Inverters could work in the ambient temperature from -25 to +60 Degree Celcius, while there is no power derate until 50+ compared to the others that derate at a point lower than 45. Our inverter performances are proven under weather conditions like India, Africa, the north of Europe, etc.

Hypontech Inverters are certified with IP 65 Protection Standards, granting the PV system a piece that is air-tight and waterproof, while performing at world-class peak efficiency. With the new generation of HiPortal monitoring platform publishing in November 2020, our inverters are always easy to install and commission.
