使い方や遊び方

Choose the correct answer-style game to help with practicing your knowledge of Japanese letters (Hiragana & Katakana character sets)

Choosing the correct answer will increase your smiley-face score. If you make an incorrect choice, the game will highlight the correct one and present you a new question, but the sad-face score will start piling up.

Game mode (chosen from the app menu) can be played in Hiragana to Roomaji (English character set), Roomaji to Hiragana, Katakana to Roomaji or Roomaji to Katana. Each play mode can focus on the basic or full character set. While order of the characters is randomized, the game will always run through the entire character set (46 if basic, or 104 if full) before reshuffling and beginning anew. For convenience, score reset option is available from the app menu.
