Chanting of the Divine name and prayers like Ramaraksha stotram have been hailed as the unfailing means to liberation in the spiritual tradition. This prayer is unmatched as it is not only the name of Lord Ram during his incarnation as King Dasharatha’s son, but also as incantation which is capable of delivering human beings from bondage. Sri Ramraksha Stotram is an extremely powerful mantra, which results in establishing an impenetrable, amazing and powerful armor around yourself.

The exceptional origins of the Sri Ramraksha Stotram is that Lord Shiva rendered the entire 38 stanzas within the dream of Shri Budha Kaushika Rishi (another name for Sage Valmiki) who wrote down the entire stotram at the dawn thereafter. Since then, the Sri Ramraksha Stotram has become established within devotees and become stronger and stronger.
