Mobile pass is definitely a step in the right direction. I think it makes the process a bit faster, not a miracle all cure, still had to wait in line and write on a paper, but didn’t have to take a photo on the machine thing since I’ve already done it on my phone.

Must have when coming into the US
I downloaded this app while waiting in the super long queue in Newark. Once downloaded, it took me less than 5 minutes to set it up, and then I could go through the Mobile Passport queue that took me another 5 minutes. A must have when coming into the US!

Skip the line
Using mobile passport I was able to skip the immigration line. And one of the officers advised us to get the app while in line, which I d it d in about 3 minutes, even though I’m rather smartphone clumsy.

Need to be online
It’s definitely a time saver but you need to be online for it to process. I guess the premium version with the cloud data option allows you to quickly input your data when you arrive at the airport.
