I love Citibike and have since it launched. But the app was originally rather weak (kind of a "minimum viable" type app, rather than being terribly useful), and the docks were constantly plagued with issues. But over the last few months they've really upped their game. The kiosks and docks are waaaaay more reliable and they've been making noticeable improvements to the app. The data it provides about where bikes are and where dock slots are is so much better now. And the app is just more responsive. I hope the improvements continue as they expand to more neighborhoods!

Okay, there are issues we all have with CitiBike, but this app isn't one of them. CitiBike allows someone on Manhattan to get to places that would take forever by taxi or MTA. It is nice to have this option in the mix. This app will tell me where bikes are and where I can park it at the end of my trip. In short, this app fixes a lot of coverage issues and really makes this service work for me. This app And service is a must if you live or work in Manhattan.

This app is so helpful. If you ever ride Citibike--whether you get a day pass or you're a yearly member--I HIGHLY recommend you use it. It clearly shows you which stations have bikes & which don't (very important information). It even gives you biking directions if you put in your destination (just like google maps....but better :) ). The design is simple and easy to use.

It has become my go-to companion whenever I use Citibike.

If you ride Citibike, and you REALLY should if you don't, the Citibike ap. is of many valuable uses. Just keep your location services and it will give you directions to the nearest docking station, tell you how many bikes are available or how many docks are open. It'll time your ride so you don't get any extra charges. Citibike and the Citibike ap. go together like Curtis & Kuby!

I rely on this app!! Could not use the system without it.
I like the new feature where it shows you how much time you have been on the bike.
Also I like the toggle where you can show how many bikes there are in each station or how many open docks.

This app is great for finding stations in the city and planning rides -- a must-have for Citi Bike riders.

They fixed all laggy process and gps background problem. Now i increased the rating to 5 stars!
