Just a shame about the human aspect of the service! Just stay on your toes when accepting delivery as about half the time something is wrong or even missing. They are supposed to substitute in the case of your desired purchase to be out of stock for something of equivalent quality and quantity, I will never forget the time I ordered a 400g toblerone on offer at £2 but substituted it for two 100g bars at £1 each! Bells whisky 1 ltr substituted for 750ml, Half the choc and less booze the same price. Also 14" pizza missing, a quiche use by date up on day of del. braising stake instead of stewing stake and the list goes on. All this but I still keep using them as any price to avoid the crowds and chavs is worth paying and they do reimburse over the phone and refund del charges if you have to nip into store to change something. Over all 5 stars for the app, 3.5 stars for the rest.....

Very user friendly. Love shopping using the app. I have tried other apps but Asda has come up with the best app I must say, makes shopping very convenient. Loving the out of stock feature recently added. Have been using for 4 years now.

This app is so good!! It's really easy to order your shopping and the payment process is seamless! I'll definitely be using this over my laptop.

I'm not usually an Asda fan as they often bring me strange substitutes but I LOVE the app! So easy to use!
