XFINITY TV (for X1 customers) [iPhone]

I am having the same problem as 3467plod describes. When watching a recorded show, the app freezes every 5 minutes or so. The only way to recover is to remove the app from memory. The app is great in concept, but it is unusable for watching recorded shows.

I've had issues with this app before. First people it has to be available in your area. 2nd you need to have X1 boxes. Then you have to call X1 division and get it turned on then log in and go for it.

It took a while to get all the functionality, I.e. I was missing the ability to download shows and watch them remotely, but once that came the app is amazing. The streaming works in my home flawlessly. The downloads have worked every time time and with the recently added support for multitasking on the iPad Air 2 I couldn't be happier with the product.

I feel bad for the people having all the issues with this app. Just got X1 hooked up last week and really, really like it! I have had no issues with this app. It has been working wonderfully. The only thing I wish I could do easily is search On Demand by genre. I found it once but couldn't find it again. I hope everyone will get their problems resolved.

Xfinity does a way better job than Cox Cable, DierctTV, etc. I agree this app has a few bugs and I had to remove the app and re-download to get it to work. I lost all my downloads and my recordings

After reading the reviews I wasn't going to even try this app. However I'm glad I did. I'm an X1 customer for four days. I downloaded the app, entered my Comcast sign on info and was watching live

Honestly the application works very well. No bugs, no glitches, nothing. Great visual appearance and overall very appealing. It might not work if your internet speeds aren't fast (I would say 50+Mbps)

After all the negative reviews I was surprised to find that it works on both my iPad Air 2 and my iPhone 5s. It gives me all my channels on my home Wi-Fi, but only a few select channels when I am away

So far so good. It's behind live tv a minute or so but I get to watch from my iPad now. I won't miss any games if I'm under the house working or in the garage.

Works great on my iPhone 5 and Galaxy S5 over wifi. Just like having another TV/cable box. Finally Comcast is starting to catchup in the TV streaming game. No blackouts as far as I can tell. Bravo
