This app is easy to use. Nice relatively big pics of every individual item so there is no question about what you are considering for your order. The pick-2 option makes it a breeze to figure out what is available to order and where you are in your order (pick-2 item 1 or 2). At checkout, it lets you know if you are eligible for discounted treats as well as notifying you if you have available rewards that you can redeem (this is an especially nice reminder if you don't keep track of your rewards). Checkout is a breeze whether you use Apple Pay or your stored cards within your Panera profile. The app also lets you save favorite meals. Great app! The best one I've used so far!!

Panera has been updating their app on a fairly regular basis and it shows. They’ve streamlined almost EVERYTHING in the ordering process and it’s an amazing thing when apps like this just work. I can be sitting at home or at work, thinking of what to eat and pop the Panera app open and order with unbelievable ease. Everything, all right there in front of you. Heck, you can even send the nutritional information to your Health app! The folks working on the Panera app should be given some serious kudos. Keep up the great work and keep rolling out these updates. The updates to this app have gotten me to eat at Panera even more.

Today one of the sandwiches I wanted showed unavailable, however once i opened up the selection it explained that the default bread selection was out of stock (doesn't bother me) but it was great because it allowed you to substitute the bread right there in the selections and then it became available to add to cart. I'm glad it was smart enough to recognize the issue and still allow me to order instead of either not letting me order it flat out or letting me order it normal and arriving to pick it up to find they need to know what bread I want substituted (defeating the rapid pick up option).
