I have been a very pleased Starbucks customer for years and have become even more so since discovering your app over a year ago. I will continue to be a happy and loyal customer as long as I am able to enjoy the delicious beverages and food choices you have to offer. I have always had a great experience at almost every Starbucks location no matter the state or city I am visiting. The staff is usually always the best to deal with and if for some small reason I am not happy, they always go out of their way to make my visit a great one and to keep me coming back for more. The convenience of the app is awesome and I use every last feature offered for an even greater experience. I cannot think of anything that I would change on the app because y'all have covered just about everything, from sending me special offers to auto reload so my card always has the necessary funds needed for my next purchase. Y'all are wonderful and again, I am a very pleased customer that will continue to come back again and again. Keep up the awesome work Starbucks!! Love, a very happy Starbucks addict ❤️

First off I need to say I am biased because I work at Starbucks as a Barista. I just started though, and learning how many pumps of Vanilla go into a Caramel Macchiatto is really cool to see in an app. You can customize your drink to your liking, and just read it out at the store. If I had this a few years ago I know I would've gotten more utility and not felt so bewildered by the menu. The hours of operation are correct, the closest stores are also correct. But that's only where I live, so not sure if that will be the case in your area. You can even explore the type of coffee best for you by its characteristics. I don't know why some are having issues with this app, for all it's worth it works and does as advertised. If you have trouble with the definitions of some of the customizations to your drink, don't be afraid to ask your local barista! An upside down drink consists of the shots of espresso, which usually sit on top of the milk, be put in first instead and changes the complexity of the taste of a drink. Give it a try and you may like it.

Well first of all I am so proud and great full for the person that invented Starbucks because it is just an amazing place to sit down relax and enjoy a frappé,mocha,iced tea, and or either a coffee and then with your personal choice of any pastry to go along with your beverage is just wonderful. From my point of view I don't think that Starbucks is just a place to get a beverage and or either a pasty of our choice no, I also see Starbucks from my perspective as a perfect place to study and read and just free yourself from everything else flowing in your mind. Well anyways as you can tell I love Starbucks because I obviously typed a great review and by the way I just wanted to share with whom ever I may be reading this that my favorite beverage is the double chocolate chip mocha and my favorite pastry entrée is the double chocolate chip brownie and on my next visit to Starbucks I am hoping to try out the crescent because just today I have gotten three recommendations to try this pastry out and I bet it will match right us with my taste buds.

Starbucks pioneered pay-by-app with the first version of this app, when it immediately replaced my Gold Rewards card. Yep, I drink enough Starbucks that I actually use every aspect of this app and I have been pleased with the upgrades and improvements with each new version. The app provides a perfect blend of features to keep Starbucks on your mind and in your tummy without feeling like a corporate-laced grab for social media attention. It provides a truly seamless Starbucks experience.

New, properly-executed integration with Apple Passbook is a great convenience and perfectly innocuous way to take advantage of location services without feeling like Big Brother is watching. Find a store works brilliantly when you need a caffeine fix on the road or in a new city, and extra iTunes and App Store freebies now transition smoothly to the redemption screens from messaging. Wonderful improvements all around!

Overall, an aptly executed corporate app that is truly helpful and useful on a day-to-day basis. Keep the free wifi flowing!

So yes...I do live in Seattle so I'm a devoted Starbucks junkie! But I truly love the App & I think it's one of the easiest & convenient Apps to use. I can keep track of my stars & free drinks (which I DO get a lot of) & don't have to pull out my wallet & fuss around to find my card. I literally reload my card while standing in line & it takes about 1 minute. I can also store all my Starbucks cards in one place...the most important being my GOLD card :) And I keep my special edition Seahawks Starbucks card stored there as well, and have it loaded with exactly $12 & won't ever use it because WE ARE THE 12th MAN!!! And those cards were limited & hard to find, so I'm happy to see it each time I open my App. You can personalize it with a picture & receive free promos & offers for other free Apps. They email me my receipt & I'm on my way, drink in hand & smiling! It's awesome!

I think I'd rather grown fond of the old app. Lots more things to do and look at whilst waiting for your drink. Now it's more direct without the option of building drinks or watching the stars bounce in the cup as you sit in your car. That was fun watching them dance their way to the twelfth star. I like the updated design just don't like the lack of imagination within the new app. I do like the updated speed of the app. No more waiting. But also no more fun. Cheerio.

*update like 6 months later* oh thank GOD the menu is back!!! You have no idea what a pain it was without it. Yes to actually have to go into my browser and manually search for drink menus whilst waiting in line at Starbucks. *shed tear* I am thankfully happy now I can easily tap my phone and viola! Drink choices in the palm of my hand in the same app!!!! Marvelous! I am thrilled. Thank you Starbucks! c:

I have enjoyed Starbucks products for years. I have purchased stock in Starbucks and watched it grow. I downloaded the app and use the gift card received from a family member and am now a gold member. My husband constantly jokes with me that they are controlling my purchases, but he really enjoys the products that I bring home for him. I may buy a little bit more than before to our enjoyment, but I do remember that we regularly visit our neighborhood stores all the time anyway especially when family is visiting. I think that Starbucks is a fantastic business with very creative products, and am excited to be connected to them through this app. Anytime I have had a concern via email or the customer service line I get a professional polite and fair response. I pair this app with my calorie counter app (lol) so things don't get out of control. Have a nice day!

I've been a loyal Starbucks junkie from the beginning. was one of the first to d/ the original app when I had my old iPhone 3G. I stsill have and use the old 'moble card' app and it's still good but this new one is so pretty and easier to look at! Thanks to the dev team for stream lining this app! it's easy to use, easy to reload and love that I can use it in Passbook. Would like to auto see my balance on the first screen without having to tap on "Pay". Please don't keep adding marquee or other "updates" because storage can always be an issue! Keep it simple! Don't ruin it with improved versions!! There's still LOADS of people using older phones! iPhone 6 users need to stop whining. This is a great app!

GET THIS APP...IT'S GREAT!

I go to Starbucks at least 4 times a week. This app has made it so easy to pay & tip conveniently. The only thing I would change is in the Account History. For the last week (7 days if history), each transaction shows as a day of the week, rather than a date. I submit my receipts for reimbursement & they have to show the date. At first I thought I could screen shot the history & use it as my receipt (which even shows the tip), but then I realised I have to continue to get hard copy receipts in order to have the date on it. My other choice was to wait a week to screen shot the history, but that's too high maintenance. Otherwise, this app really fits my mobile lifestyle.

I've had the opportunity to work with some of the Bellhops team for number of years. Friendly, Professional, Efficient, and Thoughtful all come to mind when I think of Bellhops. Book em' and relax knowing you just hired some of the most reliable folks in the industry. Lastly, Bellhops is constantly working to innovate as they value every customer interaction and feedback as an opportunity to constantly improve their brand.

Rating five stars because they finally put the menu back.

But PLEASE put an option to where I can put less than 10 dollars in my card. I am a college student and sometimes I only have 20 dollars a week, to spend $10 all at once on coffee is too much, sometimes I just want to buy one cup. But if I pay with cash I dont get the stars! Please fix until I graduate and start earning more than $20, thanks

I NEVER update ANY app because update is ALWAYS worse. Have avoided updating this app for a while (still have version 2.8.2 or something like that). Got email from Starbucks this week saying to continue using I will HAVE to update. I still see too many negative comments. I have iPhone 4 (which I can't update because I don't have enough space) so I hope these things don't clash. Ugh.

Have had this app over a year and I love everything about it. I think it works perfectly. I personally have never had any problems with it except for one time, I accidentally deleted a card with money on it. It was okay, cause I called and got it fixed but I kinda wish you couldn't do that at all. I mean I'm young but, if I had kids this could be costly.

The new update is pretty nice. It's obviously more clean than it was before as they advertised it was going to be. I used this app mainly for purchases so I'm glad that function is still part of this. As for the rest of the other features they'll probably continue to add more in the future. It's a good start to the change.

I read the reviews to see that many people think you can't add a plastic card to the app right from the app. You can, it's just a matter of knowing how! People asked for the drink menu back and they got it. This app has almost all the functionality of the old one. Most people just aren't used to the new way it works.

I would love to see these features in the next update.

I also purchase Starbucks coffee product in stores that have the Gold Star stickers on them, I would like to have an option to redeem those stars through the app, I'm tired of having to go back and fourth from Safari to the app... Just to redeem my star codes!

No problems with this app at all. It loads quickly, allows me to pay quickly with Passbook, and does what I need it to do. The features that everyone is complaining about losing were always super buggy and never worked right.

I do miss being able to explore the menu and view drinks. I would really like to leave a comment along with my tip so they can know if they did a good job. Everyone likes positive feedback! Maybe on the next update!

Thank you for fixing the sign on problem!! I always loved this app until I had the issue, now that it's fixed, I like the improvements that have been made!
