One of the Best Apps Available

NextDoor is one of the best apps out there, and I don't say that lightly. Our old neighborhood used it to bust a pair of burglars. I see it frequently used to find lost pets (and let me tell you, it is effective!!!Neighbors will knock themselves out over a helpless critter), great for referrals for doctors or handymen, etc, and terrific for selling the occasional car or sofa to a known entity rather than a random craigslister, or for plugging a yard sale. There is even a map for homes participating in Halloween!

My only complaint is, now that I've moved to a new neighborhood, I think I'm having a hard time convincing people to join because they think I'm in it for the $25 referral award which appears on the banner when a new user tries to register. That's been extinct for ages. I really wish you all would delete that banner. Or else give me all those back dollars lol.

Great app. Really enhances a community. And the one time I've had to reach out to support (regarding boundaries in a new-built subdivision that doesn't appear on maps yet), amazingly they responded within a day or two. And they've got a lotta territory to cover!!!!
