myAT&T [iPad]

My frustration with this app led me to call AT&T Customer Support (611 on any AT&T phone), where I was routed to “advanced support.” The support was excellent: the rep created a case, texted the case number to me, and I received a follow-up phone call with a solution.

I just spent over 4 hours on the phone between AT&T and Applecare trying to troubleshoot what should have been a very simple solution to a log-in issue.

I'm satisfied with this app, for the most part. It does what I need it to do. I can pay my cellular and U-verse bills, check usage on my cellular data and also check U-verse data usage. I have two accounts and the app allows me to manage both by remembering the login info for both accounts. I'm extremely satisfied with the new app icon. The new blue & black is beautiful and much easier on the eyes! I'm so happy to see that the horrible orange colors are finally gone from both the app icon, and the app pages. I'm also very happy that AT&T has finally added touch-ID login capability. All these changes took longer than they should have, but I'm thankful to AT&T for finally making the necessary improvements. After its all set up, if there are several different lines on ur acct., you can see how much each one is using, turn data off for some lines & back on after they get back in there amt. I told them to not go over. You control your bill!

I have been with AT&T for years with no regrets. With the last update they made one of the best for security. They added finger print to open instead of a password. Fingerprints are the most up to date secure way to protect. No one has your print so it can't be hacked. Greatest thing ever great job AT&T.
